Pros

Access to international TV channels and world programming (including Italian channels).

Mobile viewing and cross‑device support (watch on iPhone; works on Roku/PC).

Roku support with generally better performance on that platform.

Cons

Frequent crashes and unreliable performance (crashes, won’t open, playback issues).
Live TV streams and channels frequently fail, skip, or don’t work (especially on iOS).

Great idea and a great way to get international TV. I subscribe to the Italian channel. When it works it is fantastic but around once a month the feeds get screwed up Sometimes the live stream does not play and the recorded previously aired shows stop recording. I contact their customer service everytime it happens and they are able to resolve it after a few days. The problem is it keeps on happening. They have a vendor who supplies them the stream but the stream is very fickle as it crashes every so often. Their vendor needs to get their act together or they are going to start losing customers.
