I had issues twice now where I filled out a form on this app, got an email confirmation that I filled out the form and then they claim they never got it. The email even had a link to view the from I filled out and get a copy. I don’t understand how they never get it then.

I cannot find checks that have been cashed or bills that have been paid. Before, right on the first page, was a list of all transactions and it was so easy I DO NOT like the new form at all
