Despite there being multiple rideshare pickup zones at the airport in Madrid, his app will not route you to the closest one. You’ll have to run and be lucky to make it to the right pickup zone in time. Most likely your ride will get cancelled and you’ll have to lay the outrageous fee (nearly as much as the ride).
