- Simple, straightforward, and quick to log workouts
- Visual calendar with color-coded workouts makes progress easy to see
- Motivates and helps users stay consistent with checkoffs (habit-like design)
- Reliable and distraction-free experience (no ads)
Cons
- Limited color customization: can't permanently assign colors to workouts, colors reset or disappear after checking off, and users must reselect colors
- No widget support and confusion around widget availability
- Not updated recently and few new features
- Backup/sync limitations and data safety concerns (backup not working properly; desire to sync with a computer)

Perfect app, been using for years. Please add a support email. I’d like to be able to sync my workouts to my computer. Also, the backup isn’t working properly. I’m afraid I’m going to lose years worth of training data, which would suck.

I use this to track not just my fitness goals but actually almost anything I want to be consistent with.

This is a nice way to track my workouts and exercises. I have it 4 out of 5 stars. The only thing I noticed missing at this point (day 1 for me) is the ability to include the weight used for exercises. I would like to track a 1) recommend (set myself) weight and 2) an actual (weight used) to both remind myself what to do / what I did and to eliminate figuring out what weight to use for that exercise. I have 1 hour in between work and picking up my kid so my workout has to be fast and effective.
