I have had this after at least a year tried to go in on it earlier this week to watch something and is like my account never existed even though we have been paying 799 a month. I had to call Hallmark Customer Care and go in and cancel the one I had on there already and make a new one through them. It worked that night but then I tried to get on it last night it wouldn’t work. I tried to get on it this morning and sign in and now it’s saying they’re having technical problems. How am I suppose to enjoy this streaming app if I can’t watch anything due to their technical difficulties?!? The fact that you can only have two screens! My daughter has to make her own account! While the other streaming will allow up to 4 screens. Please get this app working!!
