I moved my number from Orange to Tango over a week ago. Orange was quickly deactivated and Tango says my account is active. They are happy to charge me, but no amount of contact, help tickets, or in person visit has resulted in my eSim QR code being sent. Of course I can't download it from the app either. Over a week without my phone, and no response from customer service. Go somewhere else!
