User Reviews

Users like the app for railcar tracking and basic yard tasks, and note improvements after a recent overhaul. However, repeated issues dominate reviews: motion-detection misfires triggering lockouts, frequent freezing or crashes, login and password problems, the inability to cancel or reset missions, and inconsistent support. These reliability and UX problems occur across many reviews, despite some positive feedback on features and the app’s core usefulness.

Motion-detection falsely reports movement, causing lockouts and requiring restarts or device reboots.
App frequently freezes or becomes unresponsive and is hard to reset.
Frequent sign-in issues and password reset failures leading to loss of access.
Inability to cancel or delete missions and occasional system errors blocking check-in/check-out.
Customer support is perceived as slow or unavailable outside regular hours.

Recent reviews

The pop up window that appears when you are in motion(in a vehicle for example) frequently does not automatically disappear on its own when you’ve reached a stop. A force close of the app is often necessary. This happens on iOS, this happens on Android, this is a CSX problem. After completing a mission, you are given the option to submit feedback about your visit, when you click the link, it brings you to a blank white page with a “Done” button at the bottom. Reloading the app clears this page, so that isn’t an option. This happens on both iOS and Android, again a CSX problem.

It would be nice if you guys add an option to find empty containers and report those that need repairs without having to call the terminal. This would be extremely useful for night shift drivers as your phone number stops working after midnight.
