User Reviews

Overall, the app has markedly improved usability, navigation, and mobile reporting, and is appreciated for its professional look and docket-tracking capabilities. But users repeatedly report iPhone bugs, data not fully in real time or matching the website, a bulky reporting workflow, and occasional document upload problems. Some features remain unavailable. The consensus is that improvements are real, but reliability and data accuracy still hinder full effectiveness in court-related tasks.
Pros
  • The latest release is much more user-friendly with a cleaner, professional interface that makes it easy to track dockets and view hearings.
  • It enables reporting from the mobile device and is generally reliable enough for quick checks.
  • Users find the app helpful for scheduling and staying connected to coverage opportunities.
  • Professional-looking design with crisp fonts and colors.
  • Improved navigation and overall stability compared to earlier versions.
Cons
  • Bugs and reliability issues on iPhone; ongoing fixes needed.
  • Data is not always in real time or fully in sync with the website (partial locations/amounts and unclear dates).
  • Reporting flow can be cumbersome (many screens, radio buttons) and the next-hearing calendar widget is awkward.
  • Document upload can be problematic/horrible.
  • Some features are missing or not implemented yet (e.g., dashboard points, customizable offers).

False “narrative” errors. Horrible document upload! Quirky.

The app is fairly useless to me. It cuts off critical information, making it difficult for me to accurately decide if I can cover a hearing. Partial locations and partial dollar amounts are shown in the app. Also, sometimes I cannot make out the hearing date in the app.The bugs really need worked out so it can work with an iPhone. When I am on my computer, there is a wealth of information—all accurately displayed.
