User Reviews

User reviews show the app is often unstable and unreliable: crashes during map use and when adjusting criteria, criteria filters that won't apply or reset, and listings/data that don’t load correctly. UI overlays like the property-count banner obstruct the view. While some users appreciate filtering, notifications, and direct agent contact, overall experience is negative due to updates and cross-device compatibility issues.

Frequent crashes and overall instability during use (opening, adjusting criteria, panning the map).

Listings fail to load or data is inconsistent/erroneous.
Obtrusive UI elements like the property count ribbon/banner obstruct the map and hinder viewing.
Poor UX after updates and compatibility issues on iPad/iOS, leading to klunky performance.

This app is pretty bad. It constantly crashes. There’s one property I’m trying to view and every time I try to open it, the app crashes.

This was my go to app, but lately it is better at crashing than it is for searching properties. So if crashing apps is your jam then this is the app for you.
