However, recurring issues hinder adoption: frequent crashes and instability; persistent login/authentication and purchasing problems; and a lack of export/print capabilities or easy cross-device sharing of purchased content. Pros

In-app PP downloads and data, no need to leave the app.
Power Ratings are very useful and provide rich handicapping information.
Fast, convenient access to race data (scratches, weather, past performances) on the go.
More info for serious handicappers than the Daily Racing Form and easy to use.

Cons

Frequent crashes and instability; the app force-closes and won’t stay open.
Login/authentication and purchasing issues (bad credentials, multiple usernames, inability to download purchased PPs, separate account requirement).
No export/print options for PPs and data; cannot print PDFs or easily share purchased race cards across devices.
