Canada Weather is a Chrome extension that brings Canadian weather radar, satellite imagery, and charts directly to your browser. It offers animated radar across North America (including Alaska & Hawaii) with selectable Precipitation Rate imagery or Precipitation Type imagery, adjustable animation speed, radar opacity, and map type.

It also provides 31 radar stations with up to 100 frames, a Fort McMurray caveat about overlay availability, GOES-19 satellite imagery in visible, infrared, and combined, with MSC or NOAA sources and up to 6 hours of data, and Surface Analysis and Graphical Area Forecasts (GFA) for all of Canada. You can quickly switch between 0/+6/+12 hour images and view GFA pairs side-by-side. Data providers include Environment Canada for radar; MSC/NOAA/CIRA for satellite; NAV CANADA for charts.

Whenever I push "Nearest Station" or "Favorite Station," nothing happens and the screen freezes. No other buttons work when this happens. Update?

Forecast apps talk about probability but they don't help in answering the question: "Am I going to get wet?". This app pull the latest radar maps and therefore it shows if rain/snow is coming to you. It is so accurate that your close ones will think that you are a weatherman
