User Reviews

User reviews are mixed. Many praise mail.com for strong privacy protections, a long-standing, feature-rich platform, and free integrated cloud storage with no ads. However, recurring issues include login stability across devices, unreliable email sending/receiving, and frequent crashes or slow performance. Some users also report registration problems. Overall, security and features are valued, but reliability and usability gaps—especially around login and delivery—need improvement.

I have used mail.com for many years. I like that it is easy for people to remember the address (though I often have to explain that it doesn’t start with “g”). I have been satisfied with this company.
