Uso há anos e sempre me ajudou. É muito prático porque você pode fazer as meditações, ler as leituras do dia. Eu uso mais o terço e adoro principalmente porque ele está logo na minha mão e eu posso rezar o terço em qualquer lugar, a qualquer hora, sem desculpas.
