Cons

Frequent crashes on startup or after updates; the app often won't open.
Inaccurate or non-updating bus times/ETAs, leading to missed buses.
Buses sometimes do not appear on the map and data can be missing or wrong.
Poor dark mode compatibility and readability issues.
Some usability/UI problems (non-intuitive controls, difficulties fetching places).

Recent reviews

This app kind of worked when there was live tracking. Often had to refresh the app to show the live tracker sometimes. Now that they got rid of the live tracking havnt used the app once and have decided to delete it. Got rid of the most useful part of it.
