Simple Interval Timer (SIT) is a minimal, easy-to-use timer designed for all kinds of interval training. Set the number of sets, action duration, and break duration to match your workout, whether it's HIIT, Tabata, running, cycling, or stretching. The clean interface avoids distractions, helping you focus on your training. It also remembers your last five configurations for quick switching.

On iOS devices and with SIT Watch, you can run in the background, prevent the screen from dimming, and track heart rate during workouts. Workout data can sync to Apple Health, and SIT Watch can operate independently after the initial setup, so you can train away from your phone.

Recent reviews

This has been my go to for interval training for several years. It could be improved, but everything can be improved and I did this able to handle all basic intervals. If it could be programmed for multiple variations at once that would be awesome.

I love this app! It’s good for my workouts, I use it all the time. One thing I really want is for it to get updated daily to work well with the latest future iOS updates.
