I’m on my 3rd attempt to use my Lowe’s rewards $. Last time it wanted multi-factor authentication, this time I rounded up for charity and apparently you can’t do that and use rewards. Usually there’s people in line, so I’m not gonna be “that guy” so I just move on. Lowe’s really doesn’t want you to use it… I guess I get that.

It’s a horrible process to place an order!!!! Took me forever to get to the point of placing the order on here! Also, $20 delivery fee for one board?? That’s a hard NO
