You will speak to a chat bot for any customer service. There isn’t someone to speak to directly. Everything is app based. Brand really went downhill. The quality of the “ASOS Luxe” have terrible sizing issues, the size guide is just a guide, it’s not the actual size of the clothing in the picture and if you get something final sale; they won’t allow returns even though the sizing is inaccurate. Horrible.
