I really dislike this app, and its growing continuously. Today i got ready and stood by the bus stop. I waited and waited over the exact time, nobody came! I am now 20 minutes late. On the tracking, it says it comes in 5 minutes, however it nevet comes. I ended up waiting triple that time, and after that i go to figure another route, the bus ends up coming. The tracking system just doesn’t work. Unfortunately there is ko other system, however this system is not in my interests. I also wish they added english, they send me many emails in my inbox on the app and i cant understand them!
