I have used the Prey app through the years but stop doing so and wanted to again use it to link up some of my Windows computers. However, I found the app electronically malfunctional. For instance, when I tried to remove an iPhone I no longer had, although I would get the menu in settingon some tries (one out of five) the app would just totally stop working, when I attempted to contact help to get help or to cancel my subscription it rejected my request and kept saying that my password (which I had used at that point at least a dozen times to sign in to try to access settings)was my invalid. It is a very unfriendly app on my iPhone.

I downloaded it and it was a nightmare. I’d push a button and it did nothing. After hitting the button 6-7x it would finally change screens. The one page I got to just registered my phone. No explanations. No instructions I’d constantly have to exit out of the one and only screen I could get to and had to sign in over and over. There are literally no options to do anything.
