Users value the app for field quick-reference and lift planning, with chart/upload capabilities. However, widespread pricing shifts to subscriptions, post-update access problems (login/restore/domain issues), paywalls for charts, reliability issues after updates, and poor support severely affect its usefulness and costliness.

Pros

Very handy for field use and quick reference.
Great for planning lifts and uploading charts and paperwork.
Valuable crane reference tool when it works.

Cons

Pricing changes: move from a one-time fee to ongoing subscription and pricey upgrades.
Post-update access problems: can't login, purchases not restored, and domain issues causing data loss.
New library/chart access is behind paywalls; ongoing costs to access charts.
App reliability issues after updates: frequent prompts to open the App Store or the app stops working.
Support issues: invalid support emails / lack of responsive help.

Paid for this and now it wants me to pay for a yearly subscription. I’d give it zero stars but it’s not an option

Try to load app and am always being told I don’t have internet connection. Now if it’s a mobile app why would I need internet? Should work with cellular service as it has in the past. Will this be fixed?

Paid once and all of a sudden they decided to change the way they charge. Needless to say wasn’t that great of app definitely not reinventing the wheel here. Just google the chart you need.
