App is great when it works. When I am running behind, suddenly, my user name and password are not recognized.. You guys need to fix the login issues. If I need a document laminated, I can’t scroll to the lamination option. (Yes, my phone is UTD). When I reset my password and login on my laptop, I get locked out. My bank isn’t this secure..
