Recent reviews

I still use this app but always a little grudgingly. Having to listen to ads every time I open the app, such as transitioning from car or old-timey radio in the house, to wanting to go mobile, irritates me on the regular. Every time I want to go from car or house to walking around with the app, I have to turn the phone volume down, wait 30-60 seconds for the ads to finish up, until the content starts and I am able to start walking around doing my chores or activities without missing the flow of the story. Makes me annoyed every time I open the app which is not a great user experience.

I like that there are separate tabs for KUOW (local) news vs NPR (national+) news. Also, the notifications the app sends are chosen well and often something I want to know about, never noisy.
