I wish I could rate the latest few versions of their app at a 0. They have clearly slashed their IT budget by 95+%. The latest few updates have totally ruined this app. You can’t play an alert without an advertisement popping up and having to click through to ch12. Then when it does finally start playing, something that has nothing to do with the alert you got starts playing and you can’t fast forward through the BS that they are playing. If you hit the fast forward button, it just starts over again. They totally ruined this app in the last few years and I will recommend that everyone I know not watch or use ch12 unless they fix their BS problems in their app and their reporting. If I get an alert and I click on it, show what the alert is about, don’t take me through 10 minutes of advertisements and un related BS to never see what the alert is about. Absolute worst app I have ever downloaded. Total POS app.
