Users like having Memphis-local live news and breaking notifications, but reports overwhelming issues after a revamp: intrusive ads disrupt reading and viewing, autoplay videos are hard to disable, livestreams are unreliable and gate ads, the UI is frustrating and inconsistent, and the app crashes frequently. Tapping notifications often lands on ads, not stories. Overall, users want a cleaner, faster, ad-light app with stable live video and a return to the older, more usable interface.

This has become useless. Live TV doesn’t want to work during last storms. It’s unreliable. FOX APP IS BETTER Amount of ads & how obtrusive they are make it feel like malware

Did you focus on not meeting iPhone legibility and accessibility options? Like scaling text with my phone’s settings? Whiever did the redesing made good money for a worse result. Also app needs an “autoplay videos” toggle. Should be off by default.
