User Reviews

Many reviews highlight pervasive paywalls, unreliable data, and frequent bugs. The app is sometimes valued by RV travelers or for locating nearby towers, but recurring complaints about subscription prompts, data inaccuracies, crashes, and heavy ads dominate. Overall, users view the app as overpriced and unreliable, with only modest usefulness for locating towers or planning booster placement.
Pros
  • Locates nearby cell towers for booster placement and planning.
  • Helpful for RV travelers and property hunting to evaluate coverage in new areas.
  • Perceived to provide more realistic coverage data than standard carrier maps.
Cons
  • Ongoing subscription prompts, paywalls, and unlock fees with little value.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete tower/coverage data (missing carriers, outdated information).
  • Frequent crashes, glitches, and disruptive in-app purchase prompts.
  • Intrusive ads and monetization that hamper usability.

They purposely make it impossible to use this application without paying for it in full. Consumers should be able to actually try the application out to be sure it both works, and provides accurate information. I’m so sick of the way everything is operating in the world these days. Everything is all about money.

The ads on the free version make this app nearly unusable. Also, probably 3/4 of the “towers” it showed were not there. All-in-all, it’s a very frustrating app, but it does function (sorta). 2 stars

Weird that it shows almost all the carriers towers all over the place and in a big area it only shows one verizon tower vs like 30 of the other towers. They asked me for my carrier at setup and exactly that one doesnt show. I think they just want people to upgrade to open other tools.
