I used this app to backup my contacts then I lost all of them, I had more than thousand contacts, it also deleted my contacts from all my iCloud recovery

I will adjust this review if someone can show me how to make it work. However, I followed the rather simple instructions, tapped the downloaded file for 1400 contacts, but got nothing except “Failed to add contacts.”
