Users generally find Gartner Conference Navigator intuitive and helpful for navigating conferences and planning their agenda. It’s especially valued by first-time attendees for finding tracks and sessions, and for networking and staying updated on last-minute changes. However, multiple reviews highlight serious downsides: frequent crashes and stability problems; login/authentication failures and frequent sign-outs; calendar integration limitations (default calendar syncing, no calendar selection); navigation/UX issues (restricted interaction to current sessions, auto-scroll); and occasional live-stream freezes. Addressing stability, login reliability, calendar controls, and UX would improve the experience.

Recent reviews

I attended the Gartner SRM Symposium and tried to replay and download some of the sessions. First poor experience is discovering which sessions have a replay and the slides available. A filter would have fixed this. Then there are sessions I didn’t have access to - remove them (add a filter option set by default to not show sessions n/a). Lastly, trying to open 2-3 session PDFs resulted in the application becoming unresponsive. Very annoying. Lastly, the replays must be downloadable (likely policy not app issue). I travel a lot and I want to watch sessions I missed during the long flights

Needs to be available for Mac downloads. How is this still not available? As noted this doesn’t let you pick the calendar to sync to so I had to turn that off. I would like to see this released for Mac so I don’t need to bring both an iPad and Mac to a conference. Currently I use my iPad, bout would prefer the Mac to take notes, download the slides, etc.
