Sorcerer Radio is celebrated for its Disney music variety and nostalgic, immersive park ambience across many channels, including Atmospheres. Many users enjoy selecting channels to match activities and moods. However, recurring issues undermine the experience: intrusive pre-roll and in-stream ads, frequent crashes and reliability problems, and updates that removed or shuffled familiar channels. The app also lacks CarPlay/AirPlay integration. Overall, strong content and concept, but needs improved reliability and platform integration to satisfy frequent users.

They will play adds. No issue with that. Make your money. What the problem is. Closing the adds to see what’s playing or to change stations. Does not work. To change stations if they do an add I’ve got to close the app and do it again

The positives: I love the music. I have been listening to SR for over a decade, and it is such a nostalgic trip down memory lane every time I stream. The negatives: I can’t express how annoying the ads that play before the music is steamed are (in particular the ad for royal kingdom I always seem to get). I appreciate needing ads to offset costs, but they are terrible. I’d gladly pay for an ad free app if that was ever offered. I should clarify that I do not mind the ads that play between songs. They are short and all seemingly Disney centric anyway. However, I am often deterred from opening the app in the first place because of the ads.
