I can’t access all my memberships from one login. I can’t see my account number when I’m looking at my savings account, it’s only under checking

I used to love this app and could deposit all my checks right from my phone. Now it will not take a picture of the backside of the check. I deleted the app and reinstalled and can’t even get the app back on my phone because the phone call to verify my account never comes.
