The UI is a little clunky, and certain actions take too many actions (three taps to delete a message? really? OK.) It's about as functional as the web interface, but both could use an update to make it easier to do some of the common things. I do NOT mean glitz, nor animations; keep it LEAN! Eliminate some of the redundancy and number of taps required to do things.
