Recent reviews

They have charged me multiple times with NO notification. When I emailed, asking them to cancel, they refused to process the cancellation and sent me on a runaround to cancel. Update: I did reach out to them as suggested, and, as noted above, they refused to process the cancellation. They have also failed to respond to the predatory pricing activities of refusing to send charge notifications (no receipts ever sent)

used to be good back in the day, now almost every useful feature that used to be free is now paywalled and locked to premium. sad to see what one of my favorite editing apps from 10 years ago has become today.

I use this app and thought I had set up a subscription to pay through Apple, but I suppose I used a card. I only use this for a trial. Then deleted the app. They continue to charge me for three years and never sent me any confirmations of monthly payments invoice. They intentionally hid this information so I wouldn’t catch it. Their system is set up to take your money and their policy says they won’t provide a refund even though the app has not been used at all.
