ntouch® on iOS/Apple devices shows serious reliability issues: crashing, freezing, missed or dropped calls, and inconsistent interpreter service. Login and server outages complicate emergency use. Customer support is often unhelpful. Positive notes include SignMail and iCloud contact backup, plus basic mobile platform support, but overall performance undermines accessibility goals.

Pros

SignMail feature lets you send a message to another Sorenson device/app without calling first.
Import/export contacts to iCloud for backup and quick access.
Supports mobile platforms (iOS and Android) for ntouch®.

Cons

Frequent crashes and general instability; the app crashes on use.
Incoming call alerts are unreliable: no ringing, missed calls, or calls dropping.
Interpreter reliability and conduct issues: disconnects, misinterpretations, and unprofessional behavior.
Login/authentication and server stability problems: login failures, password issues, server outages, and single-device sessions.
Poor customer service and support; unresponsive or unhelpful.

The app cannot handle being on two devices- if I use ntouch on my iPhone, I get logged out of the app on iPad. If I use ntouch on my iPad, it automatically logs me out of the iPhone app. Definitely not user-friendly

Sorenson VRS needs to seriously improve wait times for on-screen interpreters. True accessibility means equal, instant connection. Right now, hearing callers connect immediately, while Deaf users are forced to wait extended periods just for an interpreters to appear and dial out. This delay creates a clear inequality in communication speed and accessibility. You need to fix this ASAP.
