Recent reviews

The Vault for years was my go-to place for easily, on my iPhone and iPad, keeping up with numbers, passwords, codes and other important bits of information. The app has many helpful features. Now, the app crashes on my phone, upon entry of the PIN. Fortunately it still works on the iPad. Unfortunately I can’t easily carry the big iPad everywhere. If this is not resolved, I will have to migrate. The developer website does not have a contact link, hence this review.

The app keeps crashing and I have sent numerous emails but have never received a response. All of my information keeps getting lost.

They responded in less than 24 hours when I had the first and only problem I have ever had with The Vault, and they had a solution. I believe this is the safest way to store private information and I have used The Vault for about 15 years now.
