Thirdmill

Downloaded this app from the link on the Thirdmill website expecting to use it in conjunction with my online courses on that same site. Not only is it a completely different account, it doesn’t tie to the courses I’m working on in any meaningful way I can find. I wanted to be able to follow along in the notes and such as I watched the video lectures or even to watch those lectures in the app. I’m sure this is also good material, but the lack of a link to my account on the website and the courses I’m enrolled in makes it useless to me.

You guys and gals ROCK!!! This is so awesome. I can’t thank y’all enough for ur service to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to His body. U have no idea just what a major blessing u all have been to me personally. I hope to bring ur material to my class soon. Thanks again and blessings 😊

I find 3rd Mil to be a good intro and/or ongoing study resource overall. I find this app to be especially handy as I meet with young men and women in coffee shops to disciple them as they seek to deepen Biblically and Theologically. A smart phone allows each of us to engage the subject matter and make notes on our own, then allows us the ability to reference all of it (even video) as we meet to discuss. One consideration: I think the videos should be updated to better engage the up and coming generation in the west. Jackets, ties, and bookcase/library settings can be a barrier to engagement.
