Keeps giving unsolvable even on brand new puzzle

I wish I could see the logical flow chart of computer.

My primary goal was finding an app to help me problem solve with hints and maybe explanations/clues how to narrow it down. I didn’t have a problem with uploading an image or filling in numbers like some others reported. I just couldn’t make use of hints, which makes this useless to me. I don’t want to just have a puzzle solved for me. This particular app just wasn’t for me.
