It’s not like they needed to reinvent the wheel there are so many good shopping apps out there. They have lost out on so many sales because of their app. Their website is also very bad, but the app is unusable.

Even you turn your location on, the app will always show UK currency and you have to manually change it. Loading something and browsing for the item you want is nearly impossible. Why bother? Just ditch the app and stick with your website and admit that Harrods doesn’t know what’s online shopping at all? It’s bloody embarrassing to say the least. People who developed this app should be fired.
