Pros

Easy to book movie tickets via the Reel Cinemas app.
Allows online booking and sharing of tickets (even though wallet integration is missing).

Cons

Frequent payment problems, including OTP failures (ENBD broken, HSBC sporadic), extra charges, and long refunds.
The app is unstable and forces frequent updates; it often crashes or won’t open after updating.
Loyalty points and offers are hard to use or missing, with points not applying, or being unable to re-add missed points (U CARD, 2-for-1 offers).
Wallet integration is weak or non-functional; iPhone wallet pass not working and tickets cannot be linked to wallet.
Customer service delays and refunds; long wait times to resolve issues and refunds taking weeks.

اقرب سنما لبيتي واحبها كثير لكن التطبيق له فترة يعلق ويظهر لايوجد افلام للعرض!! جربت احذف التطبيق ومافيه فايده، كذلك منيو الاكل ماتغير نفسه من زمان .. اتمنى تحديث المنيو .. كذلك اتمنى تجديد المغاسل الرخام الصناعي متقشر .. طبعاً اتكلم عن البلاتنيوم اللي مفروض انها تجربة افضل وافخم
