Trying to play this game and it never opens up. Just the animal on the screen. With a 10 floating…..can you help?

Haven’t played this game for awhile, but decided to download it again because I really liked it before. But now it’s not working, just says I’m signed in, but the app itself won’t load the game at all. Just keeps showing that cat. Probably will delete it if you guys can’t tell me why it’s not working.
