epTools

epTools is a collection of clinically useful tools for evaluating heart rhythm disorders, available on iPhone and iPad. It combines localization algorithms for arrhythmia substrates with reference guides to support identification, interpretation, and management, all presented through an intuitive, decision-guided interface with graphical progress visuals.

Users can save the current decision path as an image for easy sharing, access scientific references, and apply multiple published algorithms to localize accessory pathways, atrial and ventricular tachycardias, and preexcitation variants. The toolkit also includes disease risk scores, guidance for conduction-system capture, rate and rhythm calculators, and features for differentiating SVT from VT on 12-lead ECGs, making it a practical resource for clinicians and trainees.
