Absolutely terrible app! It crashes easy and depositing a check into an account is so past cumbersome that I feel like I’m working in the stone ages. Submit a transfer from an external account and four days later it’s still not in my account. Everybody has Suncoast was absolutely amazingly great to work with but policies in regards to the app and using Suncoast when you’re traveling is a nightmare.

As many others have said here, mobile deposit no longer works. It now makes you authenticate (which is actually a good thing) but now it gets permanently stuck on a loading screen. Please pay attention to your customers and get this problem fixed!!!
