However, it is frequently hindered by bugs, crashes, slow loads, and notification problems; it drains battery and can overheat devices; login/authentication (Face ID) is unreliable; and users often must reinstall or contact support with slow resolutions. Overall, great in theory, but reliability is a persistent concern.

Nothing on the thing is reliable. I can’t even login. But I can login via desktop in safari with the same password. And god forbid you have to submit paperwork won’t let you do that either. Fix this it is awful.

I’ve been enrolled in CTU for about a year now and using the CTU Mobile app has made this experience wonderful. It’s very easy to navigate and it helps you keep up with your work and if you have to be on the go, the app makes it very convenient. and it helps you stay in touch with your instructors The app is simply amazing. It’s made my experience at CTU fun and easy to learn.
