I recently started my first course in the master’s program at CTU, and the mobile app has made the experience so much easier! It’s super smooth, fast, and well-organized. I can check assignments, join discussions, and view grades right from my phone without any issues. What I love most is how connected it makes me feel. My personal advisor reached out right away and has been amazing in guiding me through every step, from registration to understanding how online classes work. It honestly feels like someone is always there to help you stay on track and motivated.

I give three stars because I’ve been till now I’ve never had problems with the app. I did the past year and a half of my time and CTU on my iPad never a problem but now I’ve had to re-download it, this will be my third time and it lets me download the app goes to login and get past the login and then it just loads and tells me to refresh and if there’s a problem contact Support. Okay so if this doesn’t work I’m contacting Support. I will say that the two times that I’ve had to contact Support in the past I’ve never had a problem not resolved quickly.
