Paid for the subscription and trying to login but app is popping up message saying server is invalid

Useless app. After subscribing, it worked for only one month and then after whenever I open the app I get “cannot connect to host” and “error occurred, cannot process request”… I need refund and there is no support to contact. Waste of money…
