Users report flaky Face ID, expired sessions, and password problems; timesheets often fail to save or submit. The app is slow, buggy, and hard to use, with disruptive popups and confusing navigation. Support is slow. A rare positive is the copy-from-previous-week feature, but overall experience is poor for mobile timekeeping.

Recent reviews

I work night shift that i work into the next day and get off at 1:30am and for some reason its telling me and i quote “ the time selected is before the work period start time or after the time span end time. Please refer to work period.” It let me save it when the update first happened but now for some reason this week its not. Some help would be appreciated.
