Magnit VMS Mobile is plagued by login/authentication and timesheet submission issues, causing pay delays and frustration. Users report flaky Face ID, expired sessions, and password problems; timesheets often fail to save or submit. The app is slow, buggy, and hard to use, with disruptive popups and confusing navigation. Support is slow. A rare positive is the copy-from-previous-week feature, but overall experience is poor for mobile timekeeping.

Recent reviews

I’m simply trying to use Face ID (and I log in at least 2-3 times a week). It gives me the “you need to re-enable Face ID to continue using, because you haven’t logged in for 14 days” message. Also, I rely on a specific time my paychecks come in, but it’s getting frustrating when that time varies every week. 4:30pm, 6:44pm, 8pm, etc… Please fix this issue
