Many UX design problems requiring help from my bank account rep like you can’t gain access when you setup a new phone without calling them, same issue when you setup Apple Pay for your kids. Poor UX design where you can’t take screenshots (they block it) or find a direct link in a wire transaction, you have to go back to your profile history of transactions which is cumbersome and not intuitive.
