Not supporting bank holidays, not really intuitive handling, emergency service hidden in 3rd level UI. Should recognize a bank holiday by location, then immediately offering closest store with phone no and pre-warning the staff to prepare the delivery.

1) No return to search list upon choosing a store, which is non-intuitive! 2) stores which are not paid/subscribed listed, at least their address should be mappable to make it more useful.
