Users value UCF Mobile as an all-in-one link to campus info, email, scheduling, maps, shuttles, and event highlights, calling it 'UCF in my pocket' and very useful for daily life. However, recurrent issues dominate: frequent crashes and instability; MyUCF/Knights Email loading or login failures; unreliable shuttle tracking GPS; broken links and inconsistent functionality; and performance problems on/off campus WiFi. Overall, it's useful but needs major bug fixes and stability improvements to be reliable day-to-day.

Useful for academic tasks and staying informed (manage courses, read emails, track shuttles)

Frequent crashes and instability; app closes unexpectedly
MyUCF and Knights email fail to load or login issues
Shuttle GPS tracking is inaccurate or not updating
Broken links and unresponsive features (MyKnights Star link, Support/Feedback)
Performance varies with WiFi; on-campus WiFi causes issues and some OS updates break it

The original app is incredibly better and allowed parents access to campus resources not just students. Transportation routes, event information, etc…

Literally the only thing I want to do is open Student Self Service, but it just sits there and loads infinitely. And when I try to do it on their website on mobile the server “can’t be found.” Great work.
