Every day I have to delete the app and reload just for it to work. Otherwise it just clocks. Especially frustrating when you are on the road and want to check on your home. Then you get home and because the app is down, you can’t disarm the alarm. So oftentimes I have to just open the house door, blaring alarm makes my ears bleed, and run to the touchscreen to turn alarm off. Seriously flawed.

I have used this app for some time and find it quite effective, accurate and it provides a reasonable sense of security. I have another layer of security that pairs well with the app.
