Won’t let me make deposits on the app

There’s a lot of issues with the app that you don’t immediately notice, but are inconvenient once you discover them. One of them is if you have a credit card and you want to set up a recurring auto pay. It literally doesn’t allow you to set up the auto pay unless you’re already past due on your payment. I click on pay credit card and it takes me to the external transfers page like I’m trying to transfer money which is not even the correct page. I’m not trying to transfer anything. I’m trying to pay a credit card. There’s also other missing features on the app like if you go on the desktop, you have a tab that says I want to and you click on it and then it gives you a bunch of options. You can’t even access any of those same options. While using the mobile app, it’s just only useful for like a few things and it seriously needs work regions. Should try to make their mobile app as competent as their website which still isn’t perfect.

The app never works every time I go to log in it says we can process your request right now even tho the password has been reset and when u call support they have no answers!!
