I set up my direct deposit 2 times maybe 3 never could find a confirmation email or message then pay day came not in my account I get check Saturday after work so that was my fault I didn’t do something right so I tried the mobile deposit it declined and they put a 10 day hold on my money I need money to put gas in truck to go to work they didn’t care I called regions I went to the app to see if there was anything I could do. They didn’t do one thing that resembled help the idea of finding a solution was not sometime they dare to do. They just said its because I’ve only been banking with them for a little over 2 weeks. Basically I wasn’t worth the effort. It takes 10-15 mins to verify a payroll check from Chase bank.

One of the worst banking apps I have used. It locks you out after frequent use and doesn’t recognize your security question answers even when they are correct. I would recommend logging into the web browser over using it.

For a banking app, I am shocked at how inconsistently this app works. Logging in frequently takes multiple biometrics attempts or fails inexplicably (“not available right now; try again later”). Just a mess.
