User Reviews

Users praise Priorities for its clean, simple interface and powerful organization across lists, categories, subtasks, and a cross-category priority view. It’s valued for cross‑device syncing and a one-time purchase option. Common downsides are reliability bugs after OS updates and feature gaps such as Dark Mode, Apple Watch support, and richer calendar/subtask options. The app’s appeal remains strong among long-time users, who seek deeper sublevels and ongoing bug fixes.
Pros
  • Simple, clean, easy-to-use interface that remains powerful.
  • Highly flexible organization with multi-list setup, categories, subtasks, templates, and a cross-category priority (star) view.
  • Strong cross‑device syncing and reliability with cloud/backups; supports a one-time purchase option.
  • Long-time user appeal with versatility for work, home, and personal planning.
Cons
  • Reliability issues and bugs, especially after iOS updates and some iPad-specific problems.
  • Feature gaps: lacks Dark Mode, Apple Watch app, and richer calendar views; some drag-and-subtask enhancements requested.
  • Subtask depth is limited to one level, with occasional editing/drag problems noted by users.

It’s amazing that it’s so simple on the surface, but yet if you want more capabilities, they’re right there just waiting for you. I can make a simple list of things to do, and it’s super easy with Voice mode and the NEXT button. Or I can make a separate page for projects, with scheduled dates.and detail in the notes. I can have a separate page for my Mom’s needs, and they pop-up in my FIRE list. I’d like to attach contacts, and I wish it went one level deeper for more complex projects. But I really wish it had a report that I could review at the end of the day to look at all my glorious accomplishments using this simple, elegant tool. I’d gladly pay for these extra features, but I’m happy that it does 95% of what i need just the way it is! Kudos to your skills in design and execution.

A great app & my most used app. I couldn’t live without it- use it throughout each and every day for work, personal, and household. Easy to use, very customizable. Developer is easy to contact, work with, and fast to respond.
