Out of the blue the spot to enter the password was removed. Now I can’t log in. So I have no use for the app. This seems to be a common issue.

I have been using the app for several years and find it to be inefficient. Regularly it tells me that it was unable to submit my pay me back claim which leads to me resubmitting and then ultimately the earlier attempts get put through. Sometimes the earlier failed submissions get successfully submitted days later when I log back in which leads to claims being denied because I tried submitting them again or submitting them through a browser because the app told me it wouldn’t submit it. It is frustrating. I was hopeful with the most recent app updated but the issue persists.

I enrolled online and downloaded this app only to find out that it is no good for commuter benefits. The app’s message “remove this app”. What a waste of time
